Terms of Service

By requesting a strategy call, submitting a package form, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using WebXGrid Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

WebXGrid provides subscription-based website design and ongoing care for small businesses. Depending on your plan, Services may include:

• Custom website design and copywriting (Standard: up to 5 pages; Growth: up to 10 pages)
• Hosting, SSL, and daily backups
• On-page SEO and Google listing setup
• Content updates (plan-dependent)
• Growth extras such as custom logo, Google reviews display, live chat, directory listings, and priority support
• Optional monthly, one-time, and custom-quoted add-ons, confirmed before work begins

Typical launch timeline is about 5–7 business days after we receive needed content and approvals, as described in our Fulfillment Policy.

• Current published pricing applies: Standard from $39/month (yearly) or $49/month (monthly); Growth from $89/month (yearly) or $99/month (monthly), plus any selected add-ons
• Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle
• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers
• We may update prices with reasonable prior notice
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of hosting and related Services
• Currency shown on the marketing site is for display convenience and may differ from final billed currency

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and content needed to build your site
• Respond to review requests in a timely manner
• Ensure you have rights to any logos, images, copy, or trademarks you provide
• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes

You may not use WebXGrid Services to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Publish harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or interfere with Services

• You retain ownership of the content you provide — logos, photos, and business copy — and of the domain name, which is registered in your name.
• While your subscription is active, you may use the website we design and build for your business.
• WebXGrid retains ownership of our tools, templates, frameworks, hosting environment, and proprietary build processes, including the underlying website build itself.
• During design and development, we manage the website platform, code, and hosting directly. Direct access to the backend, source files, or hosting environment is provided only where necessary or upon request, at WebXGrid's discretion.
• We do not provide website files, source code, or a copy of the built site upon cancellation. Your website will be taken offline at the end of your final paid period.

There's no long-term contract. You can cancel your WebXGrid subscription at any time by emailing info@webxgrid.com — no cancellation fees or penalties.

Cancellation requests must be received at least 15 days before your next billing date to take effect before that charge. Requests received with less than 15 days' notice will not stop the upcoming charge; that billing cycle will process as scheduled, and your plan will end at the close of that period instead.

Monthly billing: Cancel with at least 15 days' notice before your next monthly billing date and no further charges apply once your current paid month ends. Cancel with less notice and the next month's payment will still process; your plan ends at the close of that final paid month.

Annual billing: Your annual rate is paid upfront in exchange for a discounted price and $0 setup. Annual plans automatically renew for another 12 months on the same plan at the end of each term unless you change your plan or request cancellation at least 15 days before your renewal date. If you cancel partway through a paid annual term, the remaining prepaid period is non-refundable. Your website, hosting, and maintenance continue through the end of the term you already paid for, unless you request that your website be taken offline sooner.

Upon cancellation, your website is taken offline at the close of your final paid period. Outstanding invoices remain due.

We aim for reliable uptime and ongoing maintenance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur. Third-party platforms (maps, chat widgets, payment gateways, ad networks) are outside our full control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebXGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to WebXGrid in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebXGrid from claims arising from content you provide, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
