WebXGrid is a brand operated by Valley of Digital Inc., a Delaware corporation. This Fulfillment Policy explains how WebXGrid delivers Website-as-a-Service plans — from first contact to launch, ongoing care, cancellations, and refunds.
WebXGrid designs, builds, hosts, and maintains a custom website for your business under a monthly or yearly subscription. Delivery depends on the plan you choose:
Fulfillment begins when you:
We typically start the same day once we confirm details and receive the basic intake information (services, service area, logo/photos if available).
Timelines may extend if content, approvals, domain access, or third-party credentials are delayed. We will communicate revised dates when that happens.
To fulfill your website on schedule, we need you to:
If you do not have every asset ready, we will guide you and help fill gaps where possible.
After launch, your active subscription continues to cover hosting, maintenance, security basics (SSL/backups as included), and plan-based content updates. Growth plans include priority support and additional lead-generation features as listed on our Pricing page.
You may upgrade from Standard to Growth or request monthly, one-time, and custom-quoted add-ons at any time. New add-ons begin after confirmation and any applicable billing update. Extra work outside your plan may be quoted separately before we begin.
There's no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@webxgrid.com, with at least 15 days' notice before your next billing date to stop the upcoming charge.
Monthly plans: cancellation stops future billing; hosting and maintenance continue through the end of the current paid month.
Annual plans: the remaining prepaid term is non-refundable if you cancel early. Your website, hosting, and maintenance continue through the end of the term you already paid for, unless you ask for your site to be taken offline sooner.
While your subscription is active, the website remains available for your business. Upon cancellation, your website is taken offline at the close of your final paid period. We do not provide website files, source code, or a copy of the built site; the content you originally supplied and your domain registration remain yours, but the built website itself is not exported or transferred.
Because website design and setup involve custom work, refunds are handled case by case:
WebXGrid delivers digital services (website design, hosting, and maintenance), not physical goods. There is no shipping. Delivery occurs through published websites, staging links, email, and support communications.
