WebXGrid is a brand operated by Valley of Digital Inc., a Delaware corporation, providing subscription-based website design, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services for small businesses. For privacy questions, contact us at info@webxgrid.com.

We may collect information you provide and information gathered automatically:

• Lead & contact details: name, email, phone number, business name, message, selected plan (Standard or Growth), and optional add-ons
• Project materials: logos, photos, service lists, and other content you share so we can design and launch your website
• Billing information: payment details processed securely by third-party payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our site)
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate location used to display currency preferences. Detailed analytics are only collected if you accept analytics cookies
• Preferences: theme (light/dark) and currency preference stored in your browser (for example, localStorage)

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to strategy-call and package requests
• Design, build, host, and maintain your website
• Process subscriptions, upgrades, add-ons, and invoices
• Provide support, updates, and service communications
• Improve our marketing site experience and plan messaging
• Display relevant pricing currency based on approximate location
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only when needed to operate our business:

• With trusted service providers that help us run the site and our service: hosting and infrastructure providers (including Supabase for blog content), Resend to deliver form submissions and confirmation emails, Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and reCAPTCHA), Meta (Pixel) for advertising measurement and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram, TalkRobin for live chat, ipapi.co to estimate your country for currency display, and payment processors. How analytics and advertising tools use cookies depends on your location and choice, as described in section 5
• To comply with legal requirements or protect rights and safety
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale)

Unless you opt out (or, in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, unless you accept), you may later see WebXGrid ads on Facebook or Instagram as part of this advertising measurement.

When you submit one of our forms, we also tell Meta that an enquiry was made (Meta Conversions API) so we can measure which ads lead to enquiries. This includes your email address, phone number and name in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, your IP address and browser type, and the Facebook ad click reference if you arrived from an ad. We do not send your message or business details. This is not sent if you click Decline in our cookie banner, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or if you appear to be in Europe and have not clicked Accept all.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Essential storage (your cookie choice, theme, currency, spam protection, and live chat) is always on. In the United States and most other countries, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are on by default and you can turn them off by clicking Decline in our cookie banner. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland they only run if you click Accept all. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as Decline. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer, or control cookies through your browser settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk through secure hosting, access controls, and trusted payment processors.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, withdraw consent, or request a copy of your information.

California Residents: Under the CCPA/CPRA, our use of advertising tools like the Meta Pixel and Conversions API may be considered sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You have the right to opt out: click Decline in our cookie banner (or Cookie settings in the footer), turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour automatically, or email info@webxgrid.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Information."

Our services are intended for business customers age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

By submitting a form or booking a call on our site, you consent to receive follow-up communications about your inquiry or subscription by email, phone, or SMS. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime, reply STOP to SMS, or email us at info@webxgrid.com to withdraw consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of our site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
